A pair of reproduction Colt . 45 Peacemaker single action revolvers probably of Italian manufacture. They have been rendered unable to fire by removal of the firing pin from the hammer and the firing pin hole welded. We recommend they be left in the current state and not fired. Presented to Ringo Starr by Burt Lancaster. Serial numbers to the guns are mismatched. Accompanied by a tooled leather gun belt that reads "To Ringo Starr With Love The Lancasters." The guns are located in the United Kingdom with a licensed gun dealer. After the auction Juliens' will put the winning bidder in contact with the dealer to coordinate shipping and proper licensing from the UK. Please contact Harry Gordon – info@section5supply.com for information on exporting these items from the UK into the US or other destinations or for additional information regarding the pistols.
