A black on black stripe suit with six button front closure, and four buttons at each cuff, lined in red and black plaid silk with matching trousers. Interior proper right chest pocket contains a label reading, "Gerrard 5276 / D.A. Millings & Son 41, GT. Pulteney ST. W.1." with "Ringo" handwritten in black ink. Starr wore the suit in the Beatles critically acclaimed 1964 film A Hard Day's Night directed by Richard Lester. Together with an eight by ten publicity photograph for the film.
