Black acoustic guitar with black pickguard signed by James Taylor, accompanied by a photograph of Taylor signing the guard. Taylor's storied musical career began in London where he became the first non-British musician signed to Apple Records. While the Beatles were recording "The White Album" Paul McCartney and George Harrison made uncredited contributions to "Carolina On My Mind." Taylor's debut album "James Taylor," released in 1968, received little acclaim until after 1970 with the release and success of Taylor's sophomore album "Sweet Baby James." Categories:
