Hospital pillowcase signed by Kurt Cobain and Dave Grohl. Inscriptions read, "Hi Ashley Diaper Rash Kurdt Kobain Professional Rock Star," "Ashley - This is your Burp-up Towel Use it Wisely. David," and written across the bottom it reads "NIRWAHNAH." In January 1992, Nirvana's album "Nevermind" reached number 1 on the Billboard charts, in February Cobain married Courtney Love and in August just days before his daughter was born he entered treatment for his heroin addiction at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. While in treatment he and a visiting Dave Grohl signed this pillow case. As Cobain often did, he signed his name "Kurdt."
