A single page of typed lyrics to the song "When the Lights Go Out" from his 1998 four-disc compilation album titled "Tracks. " The lyrics show Springsteen's handwritten changes to the lyrics including the addition of an entirely new verse reading in full "No you swear that she trusted you, within reason I understand, but you kept slippin in late at night, and in the mornin you had that smell on your hands" which replaces an entire stanza of text. In three other lines, Springsteen has hand written in additional words and in one case the text replaces some of the words from the type written lyric.
