Architectural model of cork, wood, paper, and other material of the home Elvis had built for Dr. Nick. Nichopoulos explained that he and Elvis had a difficult time visualizing the home from the blueprints and requested the model. A room on the second floor was built as a getaway for Elvis. Some damage and wear due to age. A copy of “Dr. Nick’s™ Memories of Elvis” DVD accompanies this lot.
