Peter Tereszczuk (Ukrainian/Austrian 1875 -1963), Vienna. Gilt metal inkwell with traditionally costumed woman in hat and collared dress carrying two large handled water jugs in each hand. Her sun parasol leans against the fence in front of her. Steps lead to the front well for a pen rest. Steps diagonally flank the hinged lid inkwell. Signed on back "P. Tereszczuk" and with monogrammed mark. Height 6.5 inches, width 10.3 inches, depth 5.75 inches.
