Born in Murano in 1935, Carlo Nason comes from a long line of glassmakers. He gained a traditional education at his own family’s furnace and honed his skills in glass workshops across the island. Always innovative, Nason's designs for Mazzegga combine expert craftsmanship with a modern sensibility. The following three lots illustrate the designers contemporary aesthetic and refined hand.
