For Military Use Only Rodar So Cal Lessee"; marked to top of one side "Rodar So Cal Reg Gal" and top of opposite side "Unlawful Use Prohibited"; marked to bottom of side "Norris Pat. Nos. (illegible numbers)"; measures approximately 20-1/2" tall and 11" in diameter to lid; in Fair condition with age appropriate wear and patina.
