STERLING 9810; Overall: 14 3/4" x 8 1/2", jar: 10" tall, lid: 12 1/2 OT; Note: The Shreve lid is exceptional but we cannot prove with certainty that it is original to the jar. This lot comes with a letter from William Moorcroft"s son, W. John S. Moorcroft, explaining the date of the vase and the possible origins of the lid.
