370. Kaps, Fred (Abraham Pieter Adrianus Bongers). Fred Kaps’ Taytelbaum Divination Trick. Holland, Eddy Taytelbaum, ca. 1969. The magician knows the total a spectator will make with four small numbered sticks no matter how they are arranged. Sticks reverse-painted on plastic, carrying case hand-painted wood. Possibly the only example of this Taytelbaum-made trick, which was constructed specifically for Fred Kaps. Included is a short note in Dutch explaining some portion of the routine and/or secret. This is possibly in Kaps’ handwriting. 2 ¾ 1 ¾ x ¾”. With letter of authenticity signed by Kaps’ widow.
