Hand Painted Horse Race Wheel with Arrow. American, ca. 1880. This beautiful wheel is hand painted with four horses: Ten Broek, Longfellow, Tom Bowling and Harry Bass (?). The horses date from the late 1870s – 90s. Cast iron arrow. Original wooden case (well worn). Very good. 22 ½”.
