Baker, Al. Original manuscript pages of Al Baker's magic tricks. Written by an unknown author (possibly Jean Hugard or Jay Marshall), and comprising over 150 typewritten pages outlining the methods and presentations for many of Al Baker's most celebrated tricks. Among them are The Pack that Cuts Itself, The Naomi Goldfish Bowl Production, Twentieth Century Silk, one page of Al Baker jokes ("They ended a happy courtship by getting married," etc.), several rough pencil sketches, an outline of the procedure the author and Baker would follow for completing this book project, and much more. Many pages hand corrected. One portion of the archive in an envelope bearing the notation "Original tricks by Al Baker" in Jay Marshall's hand. Condition varies from poor to very good. SHOULD BE SEEN.
