A Victorian burled walnut kidney shaped writing desk, the kidney shaped top inset with black leather pad and surmounted by a pierced brass gallery, with two small curved drawers to front flanking reticulated scroll apron, the desk top surmounting pierced trestle supports each on two downswept legs raised on scrolling feet with casters, the supports united by spiral turned stretcher. Approximate overall height 29.75", width 42", depth 22".
