American, first quarter 20th century. A Rococo Revival oil burning floor lamp with later white glass ball shade, the body with tripartite black iron base with raised floral medallion at center surmounted by three supports cast as ladies in floral adorned drapery with hands raised overhead, these supports joining at center and issuing a twisted brass shaft with scrolling and foliate capital above center below a reticulated brass ball form font with lower ring of hanging foliates. With later electrification. Apparently unmarked. Overall approximate height 57", width of base 11.5".
