Continental School, early 20th century. "Interior Scene", oil on canvas board, apparently unsigned. Stylized genre painting depicting interior of home with three figures in traditional Dutch dress gathered around rectangular table with loaf of bread and pitcher, with natural light pouring into the scene through a window in the upper left quadrant, with man wearing wide brim black hat seated at table, with one woman leaning on the table and with a final woman standing with her back to the viewer and her hands on her hips. Framed approximately 21" x 24.5". Unframed approximately 15.25" x 19.125".
