A carved, polychrome, and giltwood wall bracket with five sided platform at top surmounting two elderly men as angels flanking a heralding shield form with three fleur-de-lis, the French royal coat of arms, the figural scene surrounded by undulating ribbons and a floriform decoration at center bottom. Approximate height 7.25", width 18.375", depth 5.125".Provenance: From the Estate of Dr. Woody Cobbs and Mrs. Honor Cobbs, Atlanta, Georgia.
