A Post modern pryographic, chip carved and stained throne chair having a arched, scrolling and chip carved frame, the downswept arms ending in a profile form of lion's face, the whole decorated with burned and carved arabesques and foliate motifs on cut out trestle supports united by a recessed front scroll and cut out stretcher. Approximate height 39.6", width 20.5", seat depth 16.75", seat height 18". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ann Jacob of Highlands, North Carolina.
