A George III inlaid mahogany hexagonal shaped tea caddy, the hinged lid centered with satinwood conch shell in green tinted oval medallion within checker inlaid banding and opening to a single lidded compartment, the front of box with a hexagonal shaped escutcheon, all sides inlaid with oval fan patera. Approximate height 4.6", width 6.25", depth 4".
