Continental, likely Italian, 19th century. Classical style carved marble figural sculpture depicting the mythological figures of Hercules. Young nude man portrayed standing on an integral rectangular plinth base leaning against a tree trunk stump, calm facial expression, curled hair with decorative headband, draped lion pelt over left shoulder. Apparently unsigned. Overall approximate height 29", width 11.25", depth 10.25".
