Gio Ponti for Venini Twelve-arm Chandelier, Murano, Italy, designed 1946, c. 1960, unmarked, approx. ht. 30, dia. 34 1/2 in. Estimate $2,000-4,000 Good condition. No chips or cracks to glass. All sockets functioning. Brass is tarnished with some scratches. The green bowl screws into the bottom of the chandelier. Recommend something (ie. plaster) be added to the threads in the glass to secure it in place once installed. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
