Small Olive Green Cloisonné Vase, Japan, Meiji period, bulbous form with tapering sides and waisted bottom, decorated with pink peach blossoms and white daffodils and a pair of birds in flight, silver rim, square four-character mark reading "Kyoto Namikawa" (Namikawa Yasuyuki) on base, ht. 6 in. Estimate $8,000-12,000 overall fine impurities on green enamel, minor tarnishing to silver. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
