High Standard Supermatic Semiautomatic Target Pistol with Two Barrels, c. 1952, .22 Long Rifle caliber, serial number 384472, blued-steel frame with lever takedown and checkered walnut target grips, the left side of the barrel and slide marked "SUPERMATIC," the right side with proper Hamden marks, the second 4 1/2-in. barrel made in East Hartford, with two cylindrical barrel weights, two blued magazines and three bright magazines, all magazines marked "HI-STANDARD" on the base, with later instruction sheet, barrel lg. 6 1/2 in. Note: FFL, C&R. Estimate $250-350 bright bore with sharp rifling, minor finish thinning on the edges. Action mechanically sound. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
