Antique Gold Necklace, early 19th century, with blackamoor figures, enamel borders, and braided pearls, joined by swags of delicate chain, lg. 15 1/2 in. Estimate $500-700 Damage and losses. Evidence of solder. One blackamoor with crack. Enamel loss. Necklace acid tests for approx. 18kt, but clasp tests for lower karat, antique but possibly associated.
