Six Wedgwood Caneware Items, England, 19th century, three with applied black basalt relief, vase with classical figures, ht. 8; spill vase with angular foliate bands, ht. 3 1/2; cup and saucer with fruiting grapevines, saucer dia. 6 3/4; three with applied brown, covered sugar bowl with ferns, ht. 2 1/4; cup and saucer with fruiting grapevines, saucer dia. 5 3/4; and oval teapot with classical figure, lg. 8 in.; impressed marks. Estimate $500-700 Vase: Missing grid; slight nicks surrounding footrim; minor surface abrasion. Spill vase: Heavily repaired to one side. Black cup & saucers: Cup with 1" rim hairline. Sugar bowl: Covr with numerous rim nicks; cover collar with two chips; bowl inner rim with three large chips; bowl rim with three rim chips; hairline under the base. Brown cup & saucer: Cup with 2" hairline; saucer with rim chips repaired. Teapot: Cover with rim and finial restorations; rim and spout nicks.
