Red Spatterware "Star" Pattern Plate, England, 19th century, the plate with paneled rim and allover red spatter centering a twelve-point star-shaped reserve and a freehand painted six-point star in red, blue, and green, dia. 8 1/2 in. Estimate $300-500 discoloration mostly visible on reverse, minor utensil marks to plate. no evidence of significant damage or repair.
