Shaker Pine and Poplar Spice Box, possibly Enfield, Connecticut, the chamfered sliding lid on a dovetailed box opens to a compartmented interior, signed in ink in interior "to Eliza Brown 1898, T. Fisher, Enfield, Ct.," ht. 2 3/4, wd. 6, dp. 10 1/4 in. Provenance: The box is further inscribed "Given to Nephew William by Auntie Eliza 1900."; The Shaker Collection of Brenda and Charles R.
