Later binding in tan boards, title page, preliminaries and portrait frontispiece unnumbered, 248 numbered pages (pp. 33-36 are blank) with numerous woodcut illustrations, (toning on front and back pages, light damp staining, corners bumped), 8 5/8 x 6 5/8 in.
