Sackville-West, Vita (1892-1962) Typed Letter Signed with Autograph Postscript, Sissinghurst Castle, Kent, 13 May 1941. Single leaf of wove Sissinghurst letterhead typed over both pages to Francesca Bruning concerning a never-produced stage adaptation by Bruning and her husband, John Beaufort, of Sackville-West's novel, All Passion Spent, with detailed notes by Sackville-West on the adaptation, and an extensive twelve-line manuscript post script, 9 x 6 3/4 in. [together with] a photo-copy of the Bruning-Beaufort adaptation. Estimate $400-600 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
