Webb of the Third Connecticut Regiment certifying that Wheeler served in his regiment in 1781, dated West Point, January 3, 1783; an Account of Clothing &c. Issued to Sundry Seamen &c. Late Belonging to the U. States Brig Argus, but now Prisoners of War on Board the Brave Prison Ship & in Mill Prison Hospital, 18th April 1814, (taped folds); and a note regarding guns dated Troy, November 10, 1834.
