One page on BFK Rives watermarked paper, Villa "Lumen" letterhead to Harold Smith Jr., Paris, responding to his request for Lumiere to author an article for the journal Le Thou-Bahut stating that because of the demands on his laboratory responsibilities, he is unable to submit an article to the publication, (folds, beginning to separate near edges), 10 5/8 x 8 1/4 in.
