Condition: Surface grime, bowing to the support. Estimate $700-900 Framed dimensions: 41 3/4 x 29 1/2 in. Inscribed "M. L. Kaudes-/409 Fountain St." on the reverse, 5 in. diagonal hairline tear with creasing to the board at the l.r. corner on the reverse with minute pigment loss and corresponding creasing to the image on the front (see condition photos for further details), minor pinprick accretion to the sky.
