Louise Schacht (American, 1908-1988) Still Life. Unsigned, hand stamp with inscribed inventory number "079" from the artist's estate on the stretcher and canvas. Oil on canvas, 20 x 24 in., unframed. Condition: Wear to edges, small puncture with canvas loss near right edge, small tear to canvas with loss to u.l. quadrant near corner, scattered canvas losses to edges, surface grime, upper tacking edge has pulled away from several nails.
