Pair of Intricately Carved Sea Chest Beckets, America, late 19th century, carved in the form of hands with blue and white braided ropes, mounted on board for display, becket ht. 11 in. Estimate $600-800 minor chips and losses, old natural surface with vestiges of paint, remnants of old screws on back which indicates that they were in use at one time.
