After Raphael (Italian, 1483-1520) Copy of the Tempi Madonna. Signed and inscribed "Karl.../Madonna Tempi" on the reverse. Oil on academy board, 17 1/4 x 12 3/16 in., framed. Condition: Scattered small paint losses, varnish discoloration, frame abrasions, surface grime. N.B. The original painting by Raphael is in the collection of the Alte Pinakothek in Munich. This copy is thought to be by a 20th-century German artist. Estimate $100-150 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
