Motorcycle Photographs, Three Early Examples. Including an image of Oscar Hedstrom (1871-1960), co-founder of Indian Motorcycle Manufacturing Company, and his partner Charles S. Henshaw (1876-1946) riding the Tandem Pacer in a test against a locomotive engine (period caption in pencil on the verso, mounted on a period mat), 9 1/2 x 7 1/2 in.; and two copies of the same image of Harry D. Elkes of Glens Falls, New York, the world middle distance champion, racing against two riders on a Tandem Pacer along the Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts, c. 1900.
