Three Painted Ladder-back Armchairs and a Queen Anne Maple Side Chair. Estimate $20-200 the armchairs are 20th century, not structurally sound, and in need of new seats, finish wear to the finials and feet, the side chair is period and has been stripped and refinished, is with a split to the splat, and needs a new seat. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
