Wedgwood Caneware Six-stalk Bamboo Flower Holder, England, late 18th century, encaustic green and black enamels, oval molded mossy ground, one short "stump" together with five tall ones, impressed mark, ht. 10 3/4 in. Estimate $1,200-1,500 Area of chip restoration and touch up to base rim. It has been determined through close examination that the short stump is original to the piece although may have been altered in the factory.
