Two Similar Meissen Porcelain Three-light Figural Candelabras, Germany, late 19th century, each polychrome enameled and gilded, the three sconces supported atop scrolled branches adorned with flowers and foliage, set with a dressed male cupid playing a violin to one side, female cupids to the reverse, underglaze crossed swords marks, ht. 8 1/8 in. Estimate $800-1,200 Each with scattered chips and repairs to flowers and leaves; One with restorations to cupid's bow and hat brim; chips to edge of coat. Reverse figure with a finger and a toe retouched. One with missing neck and bow of violin, the reverse figure missing wings and with chips to fingers: one of three foliate drip dishes with repairs.
