Signed "Walker Evans" in pencil on the mount l.r., inscribed "III 91/100 1936-1971" in pencil on the mount l.l., identified on a label from Harcus Krakow Rosen Sonnabend Gallery, Boston, affixed to the backing. Gelatin silver print, image size 6 x 7 3/4 in. (15.2 x 19.4 cm), framed. Condition: Not examined out of frame. Estimate $1,500-2,000 Framed dimensions 18 1/4 x 14 7/8 inches. Minor pinprick accretion to u.r. quadrant and visible only in raking light, mounted to board, extremely subtle and very small ridge to l.l. edge.
