Newcomb College Vase and Bowl by Anna Frances Simpson and a Coaster, New Orleans, Louisiana, c. 1914, the landscape vase with depiction of trees festooned with Spanish moss, stamped "C" and MI 74," incised mark "AFS," ht. 4 1/2; the low bowl with floral decoration at the shoulder, stamped marks "C CN JM 256 AFS" and inked mark "GT 63," ht. 3 1/2, dia. 6 1/2; and a coaster in bronze metallic glaze with molded depiction of leaves and berries, stamped marks "BJM," ink marks "FW 34, CN," and a stamped and inked cipher, dia. 3 3/4 in. Estimate $1,500-2,000 Bowl has a hairline crack that extends from the rim down into the body. Other have no visible damage or repairs.
