Vidal, Gore (1925-2012) Archive of Signed and Manuscript Items, 1980s. Including approximately seventeen autograph letters signed by Vidal to Robert Luther Hines (1927-2004) and Jack N. Fricks, all written from Vidal's home in Italy, several mention Tennessee Williams, including a letter written by Vidal when Williams passed away, Vidal calls Williams, "The Bird"; [together with] two signed photographs and a signed brochure from Vidal's senatorial run.
