Quarto, title page printed within woodcut compartment with added woodcut, title printed in red and black, second full page compartment on leaf facing first leaf of text, and large woodcut on first leaf of text, illustrated with numerous small woodcuts of saints throughout; leaf CXXX censored: one half column on recto and all of the verso, blank paper pasted over the text; *4, a-z8, A-G8, H4; browning and spotting, bound in contemporary limp parchment, decased, 9 3/4 x 7 in.
