Two large folio volumes of the regular edition, copy number 84 of the 100 copies printed, [fifty copies of the special edition were also printed], bound in half russet morocco and patterned paper boards by Grey Parrot, with copious amounts of supplementary material inserted, with prospectus, each housed in its original custom clamshell box, very good, 17 1/2 x 12 1/4 in.
