Large octavo-format watercolor copy of Audubon's illustration of the male and female kinglet perched on Thalia Dealbata, neatly hand-titled, on a sheet of wove paper with Ruse & Turners watermark dated 1842, reverse mat burn, with a contemporary paper mat signed by Th. S. Fullerton, and numbered 35 at the top, 11 1/2 x 7 3/4 in. Estimate $300-500 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
