Ketland Conversion Fowler, c. early 19th century, walnut stock with brass fittings, serpent shaped side plate, lock marked "W/KETLAND," barrel marked on the top of the breech "LONDON" with proof marks on the left side, barrel lg. 47 1/2, overall lg. 63 in. Provenance: Rodney Hilton Brown Collection; The War Museum. Estimate $600-800 Lock was converted from flint to percussion, barrel looks like it has been shortened a few inches, the lock functions properly, and in good overall condition.
