Engineer Bureau Level No. 2, Washington, DC, c. 1864, 18-in. lacquered brass scope with fine adjustment knob, and spirit level below, anodized frame with left/right fine adjustment, circular bubble level, and three-screw adjustable base, fitted in its original box with plaque reading as above.
