Hanks/Troy," fleur-de-lis representing north, housed in an associated mahogany box with Gurley paper label; vernier compass lacking one sight vane and levels, lg. 15 1/2 in. Note: This plain example is unusual as it does not have the usual spirit levels. Provenance: William H. Skerritt.
