Lister & Sons Ebonized Eight-bell Quarter-hour Bracket Clock, New Castle on Tyne, ormolu-mounted ebonized case with pierced side sound frets and large bail handles, composite brass dial with applied silvered roman numeral chapter ring, subsidiary dials in the arch one reading "Cambridge Quarters/Eight Bells," brass eight-day, chain fusee, quarter-hour chime on eight bells and hour-strike on coil movement engraved on rear plate as above, ht. 30 in. Estimate $1,000-2,000 case with small losses to paint and wood, finial plinths with losses, pendulum bob bar broken at bottom, movement complete but needs overhaul.
