Elisha Hotchkiss Carved Transitional Shelf Clock, Burlington, Connecticut, two pineapple finials flanking the carved splat, full-length carved half columns, painted wooden floral decorated roman numeral dial, reverse-painted glass tablet by J. G. Balgochian, maker's label on inner case back, wooden thirty-hour time and strike movement powered by two cast iron weights, all on paw feet, ht. 30 in. Estimate $200-300 finials are new, splat chimney plinths have new carved moldings, glass is signed J.G. Balgochian 79. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
